Minimum Enrollment

A minimum enrollment must be reached by the prescribed deadlines, or the course(s) will be postponed or cancelled. After the minimum number is reached, applications will be accepted until one week prior to the course opening.

Required application forms may be downloaded or printed directly from this site. Click on the appropriate links below (note: please print three copies of the recommendation form). If you have trouble viewing the forms, please click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software).


Please submit the following documents to:

            Completed Application (download or print)

            Personal essay (see Section B of the application)

            Resume (see Section B of the application)

            $100 Application fee  (waived if received before January 13th).   

            Professional Recommendations from the three references listed in Section B.  Each form should be sealed in an envelope and signed in ink across the seal by the person making the recommendation.  The candidate should collect all three sealed recommendations and send them in with the application. (download or print – you will need 3 copies)

            College Transcripts. One official, sealed copy of transcripts from each institution of higher education attended (Contact the colleges and/or universities and have them send transcripts directly to the address listed above). 

            Health form (can be sent separately if necessary) download or print



The International Montessori Training Institute is approved for Veterans Affairs benefits. Contact the Institute for more information.
